Insurance

Paces West leases include a provision requiring tenants to have public liability insurance and fire and extended coverage insurance for all tenant belongings located on the tenant premises.

The insurance policy of Paces West will not cover the personal belongings of tenants. Evidence of coverage required in leases naming PW Owner, LLC and CPPM, LLC as additional insureds should be sent to the Management Office prior to move in.
