Incident Reports

To provide an accurate record of every incident, the Paces West security staff is required to complete an incident report for any accident, theft or other incident occurring on the property.

We would appreciate your cooperation in answering any questions the security officer may have. This helps us investigate patterns to incidents, and aids our building security efforts.
