Theft and Insurance

Any suspected theft, no matter how small, should be reported to the Management Office immediately. A security report will be filed and the authorities will be notified if necessary by tenant filing a police report.

Note that our insurance policy does not cover the personal belongings of tenants. Tenants are required, by the terms of their lease, to provide their own insurance to cover the personal property contained within their space.
